The wait is almost over. We’ve been busy behind the scenes at our new home, and we have some massive news for our fellow craft beer lovers. If you’ve been following our journey, you know we’ve officially set up shop in our new neck of the woods. We are stoked to announce that our original small-batch brewhouse has completed its journey from Marrickville and is now fully installed and ready to roar in Goulburn.
This isn't just a move of equipment; it’s a move of soul. This brewhouse is where some of your all-time favourite Stockade Brew Co recipes were first born, and now it’s ready to start its second chapter as a Goulburn brewery staple.
A Mix of Newness and Nostalgia
What does this mean for your fridge? It means we’re ramping up production to bring you more variety than ever before. Having this nimble kit allows our brewers to get creative. We’re talking about "exciting newness"—experimental hops, seasonal flavours, and limited-run batches that you won't find anywhere else.
But we haven't forgotten where we came from. This kit is also going to be used to cook up a "touch of nostalgia." We’re looking back at our archives to bring back some of those cult classics that put us on the map as a leader in independent beer.
