BREWERS NOTES

Our layered malt bill of Pilsner, Wheat, Munich and Crystal malts builds a rounded body and subtle sweetness, providing the perfect backbone to balance some of our favourite US hop varieties. Cascade and Citra loaded in the brewhouse, followed by a big dry hop of Citra and Centennial. 

Expect a hop-forward, full flavoured and perfectly balanced mid strength pale ale that proudly holds its own against any full-strength counterpart.
